I’m a licensed counselor with 15 years in practice, focused on the psychological side of obesity care: pre- and post-bariatric support, GLP-1 treatment, weight stigma, medical trauma, and obesity-related eating disorders. I’m also a long-term bariatric patient, so I know both the medical system, endocrine & metabolic health, and the emotional aftermath. Licensed in Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, and New Jersey.
